MAD SCIENTIST EXPERIMENTS CAN BE FUN FOR ANYONE

The titular character really wants to become a Mad Scientist himself, but Igors are forbidden from doing nearly anything by themselves lest they be "recycled". So far, his successes involve keeping a useful Brain in a very Jar (who can't spell "Brain" proper) and building an intelligent rodent immortal, though also providing him a Dying would like.
